The Turbo Big Balance is the next generation of our best selling iron - ever! We sold over 900 sets of the original Turbo Plus 3 model, with really great feedback; and this model will be at least as good, if not even a little better. Similar in design to the 2006/2007 Callaway ® Big Bertha model.

It is designed for maximum forgiveness, with it's very wide sole, undercut channel, and perimeter weighting.

The very wide sole, in addition to making a club more forgiving, also helps to reduce or eliminate hitting the ball "fat". Extra weighting in the bottom of the club to make it very easy to hit the ball high, to land softly on green. If you are not breaking 90 on a regular basis, you will want to give this club SERIOUS consideration.

Order right now and get a free matching Sand Wedge. As mentioned above, you can add hybrids to this set and eliminate the long irons... So for example, if you wanted to do the 3 and 4 Titan Ironwood shown below; and the 5-SW in this Big Balance set, the price in graphite would be $279.

This is really a beautiful golf club. Made of 304 stainless steel, for a soft feel - almost like forged. Hi polished finish, for a great looking club. (If you are tall or short, and feel you need your lies adjusted, these clubs are easily bent. We can have this done for $30 per set.)

This model is $20 more than most of our iron sets, because of the higher cost of the 304 stainless steel heads.

Note: The Big Balance model above has more of an offset, better for the "average" player. This SVG-BB model has much less offset, particularly in the short irons - which tends to be more favored by the low handicap golfer.
